Empowering Educators for Inclusive Excellence

The Inclusive Play project is a transnational initiative co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. It was developed in response to a key challenge: while sport plays a vital role in the development of all children, those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) often face barriers due to a lack of specialized training among coaches and educators.

Our mission is to bridge this gap by providing practical tools, knowledge, and confidence to professionals working in sport and education — creating truly inclusive environments where every child can thrive.

Our Mission

Bridge the knowledge gap in inclusive sports coaching

Equip coaches, PE teachers, and trainers with competencies to create adaptive, supportive sports environments for all children.

What We Deliver

High-quality, open-access educational resources

A comprehensive Training Manual, structured Training Program, and practical tools — all free for any sports club or school in Europe.

Who It's For

Sports coaches · PE teachers · Youth trainers · Sports clubs · Educational institutions

Our Focus Areas

Inclusive Play addresses four interconnected dimensions, ensuring that every child receives the support they deserve to participate fully in sport.
